Hi, I'm Karrie, and I've dedicated the last 30 years of my career to understanding the human body-how it moves, how it grows stronger, and what truly keeps people healthy. My passion has always been helping others discover their own strengths whether that's in the gym, in daily movement, or in life.
As a Integrative Wellness Guide and fitness coach, I focus primarily on strength training because I believe it's the foundation of lasting health and vitality. But my role doesn't stop there. I weave in the bigger picture of wellness-guiding you with evidence based, up-to date information that cuts through the noise, confusion and quick fixed flooding social media.
My mission is simple: to make health and fitness clear, practical and personal-so you can move with confidence, feel strong in your body, and create balance that lasts.

This 45-minute session is your introduction to FitCASA. You'll get to experience the energy of the space, see the private training environment, and get a feel for how it supports your goals. Together, we'll complete a structured fitness assessment to understand your current strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
It's also the perfect time to talk through your goals, your wants, and your needs- so we can see how working together can help you build strength, balance, and lasting wellness.

Training programs are designed in progressive phases, each one building on the last to develop strength, resilience, and confidence through progressive overload. During our in-person session at FitCASA, we'll focus on strength training-ensuring your form, technique, and effort are aligned with your goals.
Any additional coaching, resources, or questions that come up will be supported through the MyCoach app. This way, nothing is left unanswered. I'll research and deliver evidence-based guidance directly to you, so you always have the clarity, confidence, and support you need between sessions.

I’ll walk you through the elements of the DESTRESS Protocol- a holistic framework designed to align your health through diet, exercise, stress management, rest, emotions, supplements, and success mindset. Your program will include (if applicable and at your discretion), access to robust, in-depth resources delivered directly through the MyCoach app. These files give you support, education, and tools to put the protocol into practice. At FitCASA, every coaching program includes these resources-so you’re never left guessing. You’ll have guidance, structure, and clarity to keep you focused on building strength, reducing stress, and creating lasting balance.

When you train with me virtually, I’m right there with you-even at your own gym. We’ll connect over Zoom while you follow your personalized program in the MyCoach app. As you move through your workout, I’ll guide you rep by rep-supporting, correcting, and motivating you in real time-so you always feel confident and cared for in your training session.

Words from my heart:
The fitness industry often tells us to do more, more, more. We’re bombarded with slogans like “just do it” or “no pain, no gain.” But I don’t subscribe to those philosophies.
I believe exercise is essential for health, vitality, and longevity—but it can also become a stressor if it’s not aligned with your body, your goals, and your unique design. That’s where coaching with discernment comes in.
My role isn’t just to push you harder; it’s to guide you in knowing when to move forward and when to step back. Together we’ll learn when your body needs recovery, when a deload week will serve you, and when it’s time to challenge yourself.
This balanced approach builds lasting strength, restores energy, and supports a long, vibrant life. Fitness isn’t about burning out—it’s about sustaining and enhancing your healthspan.
